Given that Rewards are a key part of our platform, we've created a simple dashboard for you to review and manage rewards that have been issued. In this video, we'll cover:

  • Viewing all rewards issued from your account

  • Export a CSV file of issued rewards, card transactions, and fees

  • Re-sending or cancelling an unclaimed reward

NOTE: Rewards can only be re-sent or canceled before being claimed by your customer; after your customer claims the reward and a gift card is issued, we have no way of canceling the card or returning those funds to your account.
